• Strategically and tactically drive marketing activities in line with existing strategy
• Further development of marketing automation platform:
  • Lead nurturing flows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, segmentation
  • Alignment with the sales process and CRM linkage
  • Monitoring & optimization (execution via digital marketer)
• Structural lead generation safeguards for ERP and Analytics propositions
• Stakeholder management: working with sales and reporting to MT
• Coaching the digital marketer; hooking up external specialists if needed
• Tactical support in recruitment marketing
• Monitoring marketing budget, KPIs and performance

A senior B2B marketer who moves effortlessly between strategy, tactics and technology. Someone who truly understands marketing automation and knows how to automate marketing without making it impersonal.

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/ERP/SaaS
• Strategically strong, but also hands-on enough to make tactical adjustments
• Broad experience with marketing automation: nurturing, scoring, CRM linking, segmentation
• Knowledge of demand generation, content journeys and lead lifecycle management
• Available for an average of 2 days per week
• Fluent Dutch; English is an advantage

• A strong assignment with lots of room for personal input
