Our implementation methodology consists of 4 phases: Plan, Build, Test and Run. After the ‘Plan’ phase which takes a few weeks, you know very precisely where you stand for the rest of the process. In terms of cost and time! During the implementation process (Build), you can count on in-depth knowledge of our consultants about your organization’s specific processes. They have already seen the inside of many companies in your industry and are able to put their experience to optimum use for you. Once the system has been extensively tested, you can go live with your new JD Edwards environment (Run).
