Connectedness: one team together

At Cadran, we believe that job satisfaction is not only about what you can do and achieve yourself, but also about the people around you. That is why connection is one of the four pillars of our Pyramid of Happy People. When you feel part of a team where collaboration, trust and enjoyment are central, you approach your work with more energy and fulfillment.

We want you to feel from day one that you are not on your own. You are part of an organization where colleagues know each other, support one another and celebrate successes together.

A warm welcome

To help you find your way right away, you are assigned a buddy from day one. This is a colleague who helps you get settled and is always there to answer your questions. It helps you quickly understand how we work, but more importantly, you immediately have someone by your side.

Learning and celebrating together

Connection goes beyond helping each other in day to day work. We create moments where we come together, share knowledge and celebrate successes.

Cadran GO is a monthly get together where we catch up, welcome new colleagues and look ahead together.

Cadran Day takes place once or twice a year, when the entire organization focuses on both content and fun. It is the moment to learn together, get to know each other better and strengthen our culture.

A culture that connects

When someone applies to work with us, we do not only look at knowledge and experience. Just as important is whether someone fits our core values: teamwork, respect, honesty, results and progress. This ensures you join an environment where people can rely on each other and share the same values.

We also encourage colleagues to introduce new people through our referral program. After all, who is better at judging who fits our team than the people who are already part of it?

Connection as a source of job satisfaction

Within the Pyramid of Happy People, connection forms the social foundation. Together with competence (being able to use and develop your talents), autonomy (having the freedom to choose your own path) and vitality (staying healthy and energized), connection creates a strong foundation for job satisfaction.
