This is what your application process looks like:
Step 1: Your application
As soon as you submit your motivation and CV, we review them carefully. If we see a strong match, we will contact you promptly to invite you to a first interview. Even if it does not lead to an invitation, you will always receive feedback from us so you know where you stand.
Step 2: First interview — introduction
You will start with a conversation with two experienced Cadranners. This gives you an immediate sense of our culture and way of working. Of course, this is also your chance to ask questions and hear about the challenges and opportunities here.
Step 3: Assesments
Next, we will ask you to complete a TMA and DISC assessment. These provide insight into your talents, motivation, and communication and collaboration style. As part of this step, an HR advisor will discuss the results with you so you get immediate feedback, can reflect, and ask any questions about the outcomes. For us, this is important to clearly understand your strengths; for you, it is a chance to get to know yourself even better.
Step 4: Second interview — role and content
In this conversation, we dive deeper into the role itself: activities, projects, responsibilities, and the team you will be joining. You will speak with two other colleagues so you get multiple perspectives and a broad view of Cadran. This is the moment to have a concrete discussion about what the role requires and what you can expect from us.
Step 5: Wrap-up
After all interviews and assessments, we weigh everything carefully and make a decision, just as you do. Our goal is that both of us can confidently say this is the right match.
