Cadran NetSuite implementation partner
Cadran is a very experienced ERP-implementation partner. The NetSuite implementation methodology knows a clear structure wich has been proven as succesful.
- We start of our projects by completing a Statement of Work. Often, this is already broadly created during the sales phase, but is further explored in the Initiation phase.
- In the Analysis-phase we dive deeper in the clients processes, we ‘crawl under their skin’ so to say.
- In the Design phase, the NetSuite system comes more explicitly into the picture. In this phase, we translate the recorded business processes into NetSuite.
- In the Configure phase the NetSuite setup will be worked out further developed by fleshing out what makes the customer unique.
- In the Validate phase the client is expected to validate whether the system is ready to be taken into production.
- In the Deploy phase, the production enviroment is prepared for use. All data is transferred from the old system to NetSuite and the configuration is transferred to production. In the Optimize phase, the project is evaluated and improvement steps are planned and implemented.
More about NetSuite implementation
NetSuite - Initiation phase
In this phase of the NetSuite implementation, we lay the foundation for the rest of the project. We discuss which processes require a solution in NetSuite. We then note the main points of interest for each process. Possible links to other software packages are also identified. Based on this information, we make a final estimate of the project costs and a project schedule is drawn up. We compile this information into a “Statement of Work” that is submitted for signature.
