Hearing specialist Comfoor opts for NetSuite ERP via Cadran

Hoevelaken, 22 January 2018 – Replacing multiple systems with one integrated system was the main driver for Comfoor in selecting a new ERP system. After careful consideration, in collaboration with Ctac, Comfoor opted for Oracle NetSuite, supplied and implemented by ERP specialist Cadran Consultancy.

‘An innovative Dutch company, the market leader in custom hearing protection and improvement, is now our client,’ Marcel van Es, Sales Manager at ERP specialist Cadran Consultancy, proudly states. ‘When we had our first contact with Comfoor in mid-2017, it soon became clear that they were looking for one platform with all functionalities for production, service & maintenance, planning, sales, logistics, finance and CRM. An open environment to easily integrate with the 3D scanning and printing software used for their custom hearing protection and improvement,’ Van Es continues.

Frank Winkelhorst, Finance Manager at Comfoor adds: ‘Some of our products are sold through audiologists. For orders, invoices and payments, they will all be using our new customer portal, which will be linked to NetSuite. This will provide us with our required 360˚ customer overview. NetSuite offers the flexibility for customising the system, while the changes are automatically included in new updates. This is very important to us,’ Winkelhorst continues.

Van Es believes Comfoor is going to be a satisfied user. ‘NetSuite handles everything for Comfoor with its cloud infrastructure. It is Software as a Service; no maintenance or expensive upgrades, and it can be scaled up or down as needed. The way a modern ERP system should be’.

Winkelhorst concludes with why Comfoor went with Cadran Consultancy: ‘Throughout the selection process, Cadran proved to be a reliable partner with an established project approach. The NetSuite support desk which will be executed via Cadran’s International joint venture Redfaire International was also an important argument. We have now started the implementation and expect to go live with NetSuite right after summer.’
