Cadran contributes to a greener, more livable world

At Cadran, we believe it’s important to contribute to society in a conscious and meaningful way. That’s why, last year, we collectively decided not to receive Christmas gifts. Instead, we chose to invest in a more sustainable alternative.

Cadran supports two green initiatives:

Through a donation to Trees for All, we’re helping plant 400 trees, spread across two projects:

  • 200 trees in the Netherlands, in Het Groene Woud in Brabant. This project focuses on developing climate-resilient forests that support a stronger ecosystem.
  • 200 trees in Vietnam, where a new coastal forest is being planted to combat desertification, restore biodiversity, and support local communities.

As a company, we have a CO₂ footprint, and we believe it’s important to offset this by planting trees. In doing so, we contribute not only to a better climate but also to increased biodiversity and healthier living conditions—both locally and globally.

Sustainability is a responsibility we take seriously. Together with Trees for All, we’re taking a step in the right direction.

What does Trees for All do?

Trees for All is a Dutch foundation that has been committed to creating a greener world for over 25 years. They plant trees in the Netherlands and abroad, with the aim of contributing to a better climate, greater biodiversity, and healthy living conditions. Their projects focus on sustainable forest planting and restoration, with half of the trees planted in the Netherlands and the other half internationally. They also raise awareness about the importance of trees and offer people concrete ways to help build a greener planet.
