All the functionality you need for Simple and Efficient Data Management

DQD uses simple templates that allow you to set up control processes. Thanks to the built-in DQD driver, repetitive tasks such as error information, counts, re-checks and management information are handled automatically. This allows you to prepare control reports quickly and easily.

DQD-setup

The attributes of validation reports are recorded in the master table, after which checks are initiated automatically. The system keeps track of when reports need to be re-run, so you don’t forget anything. In addition, DQD checks only changed records, eliminating unnecessary scans and saving time.

DQD-workbench

When starting the workbench, you get an overview of open issues per validation report. You can immediately focus on issues relevant to you, assess them and resolve them. Thanks to the “Fix-It” button, you can fix many issues immediately. If it turns out that this functionality usually provides the right solution, you can also fully automate it.

Flexibel exits

DQD offers six flexible exits per validation report, allowing you to jump to standard or custom programs with a single click. This allows you to resolve issues faster than with standard JD Edwards functionality. After correction, the issue is automatically revalidated and removed from the workbench. If you want, an audit trail record is also created.
