E-invoicing for JD Edwards

Meet all European e-invoicing requirements directly from JD Edwards
More and more European countries are introducing mandatory e-invoicing. Belgium has already introduced it, France is following with mandatory e-invoicing and e-reporting, and other countries are implementing their own regulations. For organisations using JD Edwards, this means an increasing number of technical requirements related to invoice formats, exchange and reporting.
With Cadran’s e-invoicing solution, you can meet these requirements from within your familiar JD Edwards environment. Invoices are processed automatically, sent via the correct network and status information is returned to your ERP. This helps you avoid separate integrations, manual work and custom development for every new country.

One solution for multiple countries
Each country sets its own requirements for electronic invoicing. Some countries use Peppol, while others have additional reporting requirements or their own platform model. Organisations that invoice internationally therefore quickly encounter different networks, invoice formats and validation rules.
Through our partner Storecove, invoices are automatically converted into the correct format and sent via the network or platform required in the relevant country. Whether you invoice customers in Belgium, France, Poland or another European country, you work with one solution that keeps pace with new laws and regulations.
Fully integrated with JD Edwards
The process remains straightforward. JD Edwards creates the invoice as usual. Orchestrator forwards the invoice to Cadran’s e-invoicing solution. Storecove validates the data, converts the invoice into the correct format and sends it via the network or platform required for the relevant country. Any status messages or error notifications are automatically returned to JD Edwards.
Very little changes for users. The technology is handled in the background, while Finance continues to work from the familiar ERP environment.
What are the benefits?
The benefits go beyond simply meeting regulatory requirements:
- Less manual work: invoices are processed automatically from JD Edwards. PDFs, manual emails and separate portals are no longer needed.
- Greater control over the invoicing process: status updates are automatically returned to JD Edwards, so you can immediately see which invoices have been delivered, accepted or rejected.
- Fewer errors and corrections: invoice data is validated in advance and enriched where necessary. This reduces the risk of rejection and speeds up processing.
- Simpler international invoicing: you no longer need to manage different invoice formats or technical integrations for each country. The solution automatically adapts to the requirements of the relevant country.
- Less administrative burden for IT: no separate integrations or custom development projects. Cadran manages the integration, maintenance and ongoing development of the solution.
