Cadran has developed a proven approach for upgrading to JD Edwards 9.2, consisting of four phases: Plan, Build, Business, and Run. The goal of this approach is to efficiently migrate your old environment to the latest release.

• Plan: We start by defining the project, analyzing the customizations, creating test scenarios, and identifying which functionalities and data are redundant for migration.
• Build: In this phase, we prepare the actual migration, retrofit the customizations, and test all processes through system integration testing.
• Business: This phase involves user acceptance testing of the processes, both with and without security. We ensure the system is tested, and once approved, we prepare your organization for Go Live.
