Our extensive knowledge and experience within our worldwide partner network offer you the right support for your international ERP ambitions.

An international roll-out of an ERP system involves many challenges, from cultural differences and local legislation to change management and scope management. Cadran combines years of experience, a global network of partners and powerful project tools to provide optimal support for your organization. With our structured approach and an eye for local and international needs, we ensure a successful roll-out of your ERP system.

The driving force behind your international ERP success.

Our Experience

Since 1998, Cadran implements Oracle ERP software and various additional solutions such as CRM, WMS, E-Commerce and BI for many international clients in the Wholesale and Industrial sectors. Our senior project managers, consultants and developers have gained extensive knowledge and experience from multiple international implementations.

We know that a successful implementation in an international environment takes more than just knowledge of localization, legislation and statutory reporting. In an international rollout, it is vital to bridge the cultural gap and ensure adequate commitment and buy-in from both management and operations. A new system requires modification of processes and a great deal of attention to Change Management. In this process, it is also essential to leave space for some diversification. With our knowledge and experience, we can offer optimal support for your international rollout.

Partner Network

Our international partnership with Redfaire International, a joint venture of 11 Oracle ERP consultancy organizations, enables us to support clients in 23 countries with multi-country implementations, roll-outs, and support. Together, we have over 650 consultants worldwide – always nearby, wherever you are.

International Roll-outs

In international implementations, we use the Cadran project methodology based on the key pillars Project Management, Change Management and an Agile Implementation approach. We also pay attention to the involvement of all levels within your organization, to the delimitation of boundaries in terms of scope and budget, the differences in culture and the search for the balance between local and global requirements.

Project Tools

In all of our projects, we use a number of essential tools to facilitate the tasks of the project team and project management. To manage the project, our project managers use the Cadran Project Management tool, where we record all deliverables, employees, budgets, actuals, forecasts, phasing and scheduled data.  This gives us real-time insight into the project status and progress.

We use the issue management system JIRA to record all issues during the project as well as the To-Do’s for the different project employees. JIRA, a cloud solution, provides everyone in the project with immediate insight into which items are still pending, their status, who will work on them and when they will work on them.

Confluence is the cloud solution where you can manage and share all project documentation and all information on the project. This is done at a centralized location accessible to everyone in the project.
