Phase 2: Analysis

This information is compiled into a “Business Requirements Document” that serves as a guide throughout the project.

Phase 3: Design

Next, we translate your business processes into the NetSuite configuration. Together, we define the data structure and ensure streamlined alignment across all functional areas.

Phase 4: Configure

Your unique business characteristics come to life in the system. NetSuite makes it easy to add custom fields and features. In weekly sessions, we show you the progress of the configured processes and conduct joint testing. The goal is to create a fully configured system, including integrations and customizations.

Phase 5: Validation

This is when you take the lead. Using test scenarios, you verify whether the system is ready to go live. We provide support during this validation phase and make adjustments as needed. All results and improvements are clearly tracked in our test management system.

Phase 6: Deployment

The production environment is prepared. We migrate data from your old system and jointly verify that everything has been transferred correctly. A detailed playbook is created to ensure the go-live process runs smoothly and nothing is overlooked.

Phase 7: Optimization

Congratulations, you are now live with NetSuite! Together, we evaluate the project and identify opportunities for further optimization. This may include automating additional processes or implementing improvements based on user feedback.
