At Cadran we are looking for a Commercial Manager to take our JD Edwards team to the next level. You know how to recognize and seize market opportunities. With your vision, persuasiveness and customer focus, you will play a key role in attracting new customers and expanding existing relationships. You will work closely together with the Operations Manager and our team of around 30 experienced JD Edwards consultants, active in wholesalers, production companies and commodity traders. Together you will ensure successful implementations, optimizations and long-term customer relationships. What will you do?

As Commercial Manager, you ensure customer satisfaction and a steady flow of work for your team. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drafting the commercial components of a strategic business plan for our JD Edwards division (marketing, sales, partnerships, product portfolio)
  • Generating leads in collaboration with marketing and inside sales
  • Supporting the Net-New Sales Manager in executing sales cycles where needed
  • Running Installed-Base sales cycles
    • Taking the lead on larger or competitive projects valued between €50K and €1M; smaller deals are handled by consultants
    • Collaborating with consultants acting in a presales role
  • Building and maintaining partnerships to strengthen the JD Edwards portfolio
  • Using CRM for deal registration, qualification, follow-up, contract generation and document management
  • Reporting monthly on commercial performance to the board, based on agreed KPIs and formats
  • Supporting the Operational Manager in improving team performance

What do we expect from you?

  • You’re commercially driven, self-starting, decisive and entrepreneurial
  • You hold a higher professional or academic (HBO/WO) degree in Business Administration or IT
  • You have 5 to 10 years of relevant ERP sales experience
  • You’re available at least 4 days a week and willing to travel nationwide 2 days per week
