JD Edwards ERP Consultant – Manufacturing & Logistics
What will you be doing?
As a JD Edwards ERP Consultant, you play a key role in optimising and implementing business processes for our customers. You work closely with users, IT teams and project managers to turn functional challenges into concrete, effective solutions within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
Your responsibilities
You will:
- Analyse, design and optimise processes within Manufacturing and Logistics (SCM/Warehouse/Distribution).
- Advise customers on the best possible configuration of JD Edwards.
- Configure and implement JDE modules such as
- Manufacturing (Shop Floor, MRP/MPS, Work Orders)
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Sales Order Management
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Conduct functional testing and guide key users.
- Solve complex functional issues.
- Support upgrades, enhancements and new JDE releases.
- Document processes, designs and functional configurations.
- Act as a sparring partner for both business and IT stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- Have proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or comparable ERP systems (such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft or IFS).
- Have strong knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics business processes.
- Think in solutions and can explain complex topics in a clear, accessible way.
- Communicate professionally, clearly and reliably.
- Enjoy working in a project-driven environment and can switch easily between tasks.
- Are analytical, proactive and service-oriented.
- Have knowledge of integrations with other systems.
- Have ERP implementation experience within manufacturing or logistics companies.
