Cadran Consultancy is a certified Platinum Business Partner & Reseller of Oracle. We specialize in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle NetSuite ERP Netherlands, Belgium and also internationally in collaboration with our partners within Redfaire International. We do this with a team of over 60 consultants at wholesalers, manufacturing companies and commodity traders.
In addition, our business unit Cadran Analytics focuses on implementing and maintaining Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions based on Tableau and Power BI.

Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for an Operations Manager Netsuite to strengthen our management.

What is your role?

As Operations Manager, you will be part of the management team and support the management in the day-to-day operations of the Oracle Netsuite unit. The Netsuite team consists of 2 implementation teams and a support team, and has a total of 25 employees. As Operations Manager, your duties include the following:

  • Final responsibility for project quality: monitoring and overseeing the progress of client projects.
  • Participate in steering committees.
  • Guide, coach and improve employees (e.g. consultancy skills or presentation skills).
  • Analyzing where and how improvements and adjustments can or should be implemented, primarily in the operational area.
  • Implementing/monitoring initiatives together with management and the board.
  • Reporting progress to management. directing implementation where necessary.
  • Executing programs to improve competencies.
  • Understanding the performance of our employees based on KPIs set by the board.

The management team consists of the board members, the Operations Managers of the Netsuite and JD Edwards teams, the finance manager, the Netsuite sales manager and the back office manager. Together they bear responsibility for Cadran’s day-to-day operations and strategy. The management team has regular meetings that include the following:

  • Evaluating overall operating results and results by business unit
  • Evaluating the achievement of the Consult, Strategize and Innovate objectives
  • Evaluating the strategic objectives
  • Evaluating organizational developments
  • Formulating Cadran communications on these topics

Who are you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT, Consultancy or software company:
    o You have experience in managing multiple teams working on different projects.

    o You are stress resistant and know how to get things back on track in conflict situations.

  • You have a completed bachelor or master education
  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and English
