Presales Consultant NetSuite

The presales consultant supports the NetSuite sales team by advising customers, providing demonstrations and answering technical or functional questions. The focus is on understanding customer needs and translating them into the benefits of the NetSuite system.

• Analyze and advise on customer needs
  • Identify business processes, challenges and customer needs
  • Advise on optimization through the NetSuite system

• Preparing and giving demonstrations
  • Develop and present personalized demos
  • Supervising PoCs in demo environments
  • Providing workshops and convincing customers with practical examples

• Support in RFI/RFP procedures
  • Drafting detailed responses to RFIs and RFPs
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams on quotes and proposals

• Collaborate with sales
  • Act as a bridge between sales, consultants and the customer

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering.
• We ask at least 3 years of experience in a presales role or similar.
• You have strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English.
• You have technical knowledge of relevant technologies or products, experience with Oracle Netsuite is of course a plus.
• You have a customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• You have creative thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
