In this Project Management Support role you play a key part in ensuring NetSuite projects run smoothly, deadlines are met and all stakeholders know exactly what to expect. If you enjoy laying the foundation on which successful projects are built, then this position is made for you.

What will you do?

As Project Management Support, you ensure that NetSuite projects run efficiently. You safeguard overview, structure and continuity so project managers and consultants can fully focus on content and client interaction. You handle the administrative and organizational side of projects and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting project managers with invoicing, expense claims and license invoicing
  • Setting up new NetSuite projects based on agreements
  • Supporting resource planning
  • Arranging practical matters such as hotel bookings and project moments (such as a cake at go-live)
  • Translating sales agreements into accurate contracts
  • Monitoring planning, coordination and progress of internal projects
  • Supporting meetings, including agendas and action lists

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Organizationally skilled, accurate and structured
  • Hands-on, eager to learn and proactive
  • HBO-level thinking, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management or Administration
  • Experience in consultancy, IT or project-driven environments is a plus
  • Experience with invoicing, contract management and administrative processes
  • Affinity with (NetSuite) ERP, BI tools and project software such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Planner
  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for inconsistencies and optimization
