Project Manager Support NetSuite
What is your role?
As a Project Management Officer, you play a crucial role in supporting our NetSuite projects. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative and organizational tasks, allowing our project managers and consultants to focus on the core of the project. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the efficient execution of projects.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Supporting project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and reports.
- Assisting in meetings, including preparing agendas and action lists.
- Tracking project deadlines and identifying deviations.
- Preparing and managing overviews, such as time registrations and budgets.
Who are you?
- You have an affinity with ERP systems; experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
- You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch and English.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You enjoy a hands-on approach and strive to improve every day.
- You are eager to learn and have a “can-do” mentality.
- You are proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have a completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
- We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within project management or administration.
