Introduction

Cadran Consultancy is a certified Platinum Business Partner & Reseller of Oracle. We specialize in implementing and supporting Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle NetSuite ERP in the Netherlands, Belgium and also internationally in collaboration with our partners within Redfaire International. We do this with a team of over 60 consultants at wholesalers, manufacturing companies and commodity traders.
In addition, our business unit Cadran Analytics focuses on implementing and maintaining Business Intelligence / Analytics solutions based on Tableau and Power BI.

Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for a Account Manager Netsuite.

What is your role?

As a sales representative, you are the face of our company for existing NetSuite customers and the driving force behind our growth. You actively reach out to customers by phone, engaging with them, sparking their enthusiasm, and continuously convincing them of the value of our products and services. Your marketing team is your best ally, they generate high-quality leads so you’re never making completely cold calls. On top of that, you proactively build relationships with both new and existing clients, showcasing how our products add significant value to their current NetSuite setup. With your determination to close deals, you build a recurring stream of commission. You learn by doing, discover through trial and error, and grow through success.

Who are you?

  • You have a smooth talk and are not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • You have an affinity for selling SaaS solutions and at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • You are energized by targets and love a healthy dose of competition.
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious and have a “can-do” mentality.
  • You enjoy being hands-on and want to get better at what you do every day.
  • Experience with ERP software is a plus. Knowledge of Netsuite and a strong network within the Netsuite market are a big plus, but not required.
  • You have a completed HBO or WO education.
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
  • You are available at least 32 hours a week. We facilitate a mix of working from home and working at our office in Hoevelaken.

What does your day look like?

  • Building relationships: You are the expert in building relationships. You know better than anyone how to click with customers, build trust and create a bond that lasts.
  • You interact with other people all day long: a lot with customers but also with Cadranners to work with them to bring the software to customers.
  • Hands-on approach: No day is the same. You switch effortlessly between different tasks, from updating our CRM to preparing quotations and presentations. So you are constantly working on the top-middle and bottom of the pipeline.
  • Goal-oriented work: You pull out all the stops to meet and even exceed your targets. Your drive to score is unprecedented!
