JD Edwards support packages
Redfaire Global Support (RGS) offers two types of support: Kinetics Total Support and Lifeline. As part of Kinetics Total Support, RGS assumes full responsibility for the JD Edwards infrastructure and integrated third-party applications: perfect for businesses lacking in-house IT support for their JD Edwards systems. In Lifetime Support, RGS is an addition to your own first-line support team. Lifeline provides your support team quick access to specialists, who assist them with any urgent issues.

Price per concurrent user
We use a straightforward pricing structure whereby we charge a fixed, agreed monthly fee, so that you’ll know exactly how much your monthly expenses will be. If the number of users turns out to be higher or lower, the fee you pay will be adjusted accordingly.
